Agreement Terms

Term and Payment: The customer agrees to a 12-month contract with DiningEdge Technology, with payments made either monthly or annually. A 10% discount is offered for payments made yearly in advance. At the end of the initial term, the agreement will automatically renew, and the customer will continue to be charged either monthly or annually based on their original payment preference, unless a cancellation request is submitted to info@diningedge.com.


Cancellation: If the customer wishes to cancel the agreement after the initial term, they must provide a written notice at least 60 days prior to the desired cancellation date. If no cancellation notice is provided within this timeframe, the agreement will automatically renew for an additional 12-month term. DiningEdge Technology adheres to all applicable state regulations regarding automatic contract renewals.


Subscription Service: The customer acknowledges that they will be charged on a subscription basis each month, regardless of system usage.

Rebates: The customer authorizes DiningEdge Technology to obtain manufacturer rebates on their behalf and to act as their agent solely for this purpose.  Rebate Checks are mailed to client quarterly.  The customer may opt out of the rebate program by contacting their sales representative.


Terms and Conditions: The customer agrees to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement and will not dispute any transactions related to services provided by DiningEdge Technology. https://diningedge.net/terms/


Authority to Sign: By signing this agreement, the customer acknowledges and confirms that they are signing on behalf of their business and have the necessary authority to enter into this agreement with DiningEdge Technology. This acknowledgment affirms that the individual signing has the requisite legal authority to bind the business to the terms of this contract.
