The customer agrees to a 12 month agreement with DiningEdge Technology paid monthly or a 10% discount if paid yearly in advance. At the end of the agreement, the customer will continue to be charged monthly or yearly based the initial payment agreed upon, unless a cancellation request is sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
If Customer wishes to cancel after the agreement, they must provide a 60-day written notice prior to the requested cancellation date.
Agreement will renew for initial term if no cancellation is given as per above.
The customer agrees to abide to all terms and conditions, herein and agrees not to dispute transactions relative to services provided by DiningEdge Technology.
Customer is charged as a subscription based service monthly even if system is not used by customer.
Customer agrees to allow DiningEdge to get rebates from the manufacturers on their behalf and esign as an agent for customer only for rebates.
